un holy might is pretty pointless on a blood thirster imo. If he needs to kill a character all his attacks will be pointed that way anyway. Other wise one wound (2+ against most things) will suffice.

do a duplicate without the might. skarbrand kinda sucks imo. rerolls on both sides is dumb.

with the points saved (and perhaps trim up the demon prince again) id add some more hounds to those units.

Looks ok though.

I took the might for +1S vs. Tanks etc...

I agree with the Skarbrand thing except that nice flame attack he has...
Glance on 4+... no saves...
