So in my previous post I put 4 DF and 2 HH. What I am planning on doing is doing a FoF with the HH in the back to cut anyone off from being able to get to the back. I was just wondering what you thought of this idea. I will be play testing to see how this works. The whole point is to provide superior fire power with the FW and the HH in tandum. Along with as much protection as possible.

Just remember only to use this tactic IF the enemy is going to get close to you. In our game you used it when you were in no danger of being assaulted, so all it did was let me heavy bolter your fire warrior teams.

Also, in 4th skimmers had a "never block line of sight" rule which appears to be gone come 5th Ed. This means that you will have to be careful about your firewarriors being able to see under your devilfish, and your hammerhead being able to see over your devilfish. This may prove quite challenging.

With true LOS it wont be hard to see over the front of one, all depends if a flyer base counts with true LOS (I can see under it i can shoot under it.)
