Wouldn't be that hard. Take an old beat-up truck, overhaul the engine to be awesome and loud, add rivets, metal plates, and other gubbinz, paint it red to go fasta, add some Dakka (might be a problem), load up the Boyz, and Here We Go Here We Go Here We Go

Also: Look, Rhinos! RHINOS! Our enemies hide in metal boxes, the cowards! The fools! We... We should take away... their metal boxes...

Use a dune buggy as the base. BIG tires and scrap bits with a banner pole off the roll bar
