High Elves got some good fluff....the new codex really lays it down about their history and relationship with the dwarves and humans. And really unleashes their hatred for the Dark Elves...

How much different is the dwarf armie book between the last version,and the most recent.Do I need to buy the most recent,I only have the last version in my arsonal.

Not terribly. I have it and you can look at it tomorrow if you would like. I think they changed some points costs around but that was about the extent of it.
