| I think what Bob is getting at is actually having rules behind how the points increase and special rules for the lower point games.
Kind of like a campaign. _________________ Dark Angels 1750 win/loss Record Win - 22 (The Dark Angels wiped some silly pod marines) Loss - 13 (Brice's Necrons wiped me) Draw - 2 (The 13th hold out in alpha take and hold)

| We did a couple different kinds of Node campaigns before the group ran off in different directions. I wrote a node campaign where everyone started with a 500 point warband, but it never got off the ground. The problem with campaigns is that they require a certain amount of commitment that a lot of people can't or are unwilling to make. As I state before, I am always willing to bring my armies up and help people learn the rules. Being that I suck at painting, most of my armies are unpainted. My Wood Elves are nearly all painted but my other 3 armies are either just primed or nekked. |

| Ditto on Crobar's concern towards committed campaigns.
About two months ago (before Thanksgiving) I was chatting with Eric at Nord's and am looking at support for Warlord at Sci-fi City, since that is one of their primary focuses. My thoughts there along that of a living campaign, mostly dungeon crawls and small actions.
A looong time ago at the World of Hobbies and Games when the miniature gaming was on one night I used to bring two or three armies for different games to keep the options open.
Along those lines something similar might work at Sci-fi City, like living campaigns for 40K, WFB, Warlord, etc. Personally I like to avoid driving anywhere where when the gaming is dead on that day.
Although like Marc said a bit back lugging stuff from the parking garage is something of a pain. Although that mall entrance looks to be a good deal in this regard. Besides wouldn't want to freak people out in Sear's passing through with pistol cases and filing boxes. |

| haha, yeah good point.
Wonder if there is any chance of getting lock boxes for models in the back? _________________ Dark Angels 1750 win/loss Record Win - 22 (The Dark Angels wiped some silly pod marines) Loss - 13 (Brice's Necrons wiped me) Draw - 2 (The 13th hold out in alpha take and hold)

| | I think I could be available most days or nights if we can setup a time when people are going to be there. Warlords isn't my game, I couldn't see eye-to-eye with one of the Blacklightnings and they made some rule changes I didn't like. I still have a bunch of Mercs that I never even took out of the blisters. Other than that, I am game; RPG, WFB, boardgames, I might even try the new confrontation. |
