| All of this information can be found on pages 68 and 69 of the main rulebook. It is being posted in an effort to prevent the confusion in the future.
Flyers cannot start or end their movement inside woods. Fleeing flyers are destroyed when ending movement inside woods. Pursuing flyers have to be able to clear the woods or stop at the edge. |

| | On page 69 of the small rule book, it states that flyers have the option to use their flight movement to pursue or ground movement. I will admit I misunderstood this and thought you pursued on the ground, my mistake, I apologize for that. It worked out best for you anyway, if I remember the field of battle properly, you would have been in front of my treeman ancient instead of behind him, we would have ended the game one turn sooner because 3 of us couldn't find a compromise on a rule that you would except. |

| in a mood today are we Marc? . Based on a post you made in another post, bats can because only infantry can enter a building. I don't believe that was the intent of the rules, but if bats are infantry, they can fly their 20" straight into a building and defend it. |

| Thats what I'm saying my man. Good intentions thwarted! One set says you cannot march into a building but another suggests you can fly _________________ 2nd place is the 1st loser

| It kills me that the fliers rules for fleeing and pursuit are listed only in the flying units section. It's like some minii-hidden rule.
It would have bee nice if they at least had a little note to check the flyer section for expanded rules. Otherwise anyone who looks it up has to know to check two seperate sections. |

| | I have been playing for 10 years and I didn't think about it. It was enlightening to find out that flyers can choose to pursue on the ground and if they use flying pursuit, can choose to ignore enemy troops that they fly over instead of having to charge them like everyone else. Providing you have enough movement to get passed them. |

| I just found out something interesting. Until they bring out an errata on it, VC have the only flying units that can enter and defend a building. The games specialist stated that it isn't the intent, but strictly by the rules, it is legal. How is that for a stick in the eye ? . |
