Warp lighting

Ran across this saturday, is the warp lighting spells 2 differnt levels(5+ and 9+) differnt spells(can caste both in same turn) or the same spell? I think it is the same but I wanted to know other peoples thoughts on this one.

I'd say same spell, different amount of power.

You choose which level you are casting.

Yes you do pick which level that was not my question(says in the rules for it in the codex that you have to pick which level) my question was your take on weither or not they were sepearte spell or the same spell differnt power levels

Same spell with different Power Level
(ie you cannot cast both levels per turn)
