| Ok, I FINALLY got done working on my tourney army!! I know I may be giving an advantage to anyone I'm playing against posting this now, but I REALLY wanted to share it!! It definitely looks better in person! You really can't see it in the pics, but they all have different shoulder pad markings (except the few Praetorian models, which have helmet markings) that determine what unit they are in. Anyhow, here it is

| Nope, onlyinkenya, didn't win once, unfortunately.... I did get a draw in the last game, though, so I didn't lose all three games! I have some ideas to make my list a bit more competitive, so here's hoping that I find some time to update it soon! But, overall, once my guys got into close combat, it was pretty much over! Are you going to take some pics so we can see those CSM's in process?
Angry Bob, I feel that since the rule book says "in the gritty future, there is only war" that clean looking vehicles are not something very common, especially when it comes to the Imperial Guard. I feel that they should be dirty, gritty, and battered (like with the Hellhound and the shell pitting in the dozer blade). I'm in process of building my second Baneblade, and I think I may do a little different of a paint scheme (but still close to what I've done already), but it will definitely have the same feel _________________ Armies: Ultramarine, Ultramarine themed Inquisition/IG

| Some rough riders would make for some nice counter charge in the event of being bogged down in assault. _________________ Dark Angels 1750 win/loss Record Win - 22 (The Dark Angels wiped some silly pod marines) Loss - 13 (Brice's Necrons wiped me) Draw - 2 (The 13th hold out in alpha take and hold)

| Only bad thing about the rough riders is that I hate the Rough Riders models they have right now... I had thought about converting some cold ones (or even the Lizardmen Terradons ) but I still don't know if I like the concept of guys on mounts.... Just doesn't seem all that "Ultramar" to me.... I was thinking that if I did do an Inquisitor force with a custom Ultramar/Ultramarine Inquisitor, then I could bring in some SM stuff and unify my forces! Maybe a few terminators, or some SM with power weapons or something like that... _________________ Armies: Ultramarine, Ultramarine themed Inquisition/IG

| I would like to see how you do that. I myself was impressed with how your army appeared on the table. So let us see what you got coming next, break them coldones out. _________________ TAU 1750 ARMY Wins - 2 Chaos melts under the Tau Empire Guns Losses - 4 Damn Orks and Matt Draws - 1 with the green skins again

| I've seen some people do some good rough rider work with the lizardmen cold ones as mounts.
Another option is using cavalry from the Lord of the Rings line, they're GW so it's all good there, and the horse models are much better. _________________ 13th company record: 14/7/1 |

| Or you could use the death krieg models from forgeworld.
