Just got the new White Dwarf with the new rules and a quick reference sheet. First off is taking casualties
Quote:
Player must allocate one wound to each model in the target unit before he can allocate a second wound to the same model. ???. The player allocates a second wound , again going through the whole unit until he allocates a third. The clearest way to do this is to literally place the wounding dice by each model in turn until you hace run out. Now pick up all the dice from the models that are identical and roll their saves. Then roll saves for individual models with different weapons, saves or profiles
silent silent

Vehicle damage
1- shaken
2- stunned
3- weapon destroyed
4- immobilised
5- destroyed
6- explodes

Glancing -2
AP- Weapon -1
AP1 Weapon +1
Opened Top +1

Comes with a nice map of the Imperium in the issue. I'll post more later.

It will break him. I know. What I'm intersted in now is how they finally decided to do grenades.

What are the rumors on scoring units? According to WD if there is even a single model left of Troops choice, it is still scoring.

Looks like you still need a half strength squad to hold objectives but it really doesn't say. Only Troops may hold objectives.

I believe that troop squads can hold objectives to the last man.

Other squads (not troops) can contest objectives if they are above half strength

Note that contest is not the same as hold

Yup it's to the last man.

Seems like all of the rumors have been accurate, nothing new here.

Thanks for the confirmation.

I got a question about the Battle Rep. In the battle rep a missile launcher (heavy weapon) fired out of the back of a moving Rhino....wouldn't that count as having moved and not been able to fire the heavy weapon?
