I had the good fortune to get in on one of John's demos of Uncharted Seas at GenCon. Me and my three friends all had a blast playing and three of us bought fleets and the rules.

I've already got a dwarf fleet painted up and work is progressing on my humans.

So... does anyone want to play some Uncharted Seas?

Yes, and no.

I played Man O' War many ages ago and it was ok; Uncharted seas is much faster paced and (IMO) much more fun.

The ships are nicer too (again, just my opinion).

I know that yottaquest stocks some Uncharted Seas stuff and that there are at least a couple people around here with fleets (not counting me and my two buddies that just got started).

the new undead fleet looks cool as hell...half decomposed whales...thats what im talking about...too bad i leave for afghanistan in 3 weeks or I would be all over this...looks like fun.

It is something I am considering later this year or early next year. My son is moving out on the 31st and as odd as that sounds, it is costing me a bundle. No budget for fun stuff for a bit .
