Anything worth a buy for the Wii or is it just Pokemon and Horseland?

resident evil 4 if you never played it. might seem a bit dated, but if you enjoy the series it is a must buy.

erm... boomblox is a lot of fun, and family friendly.

smash bros, but only if you have a group to play it with because the online isnt too good.

pretty much any major nintendo release... so that is smash bros, mario kart, mario galaxy (amazingly amazing if you dig platforming), metroid and so on and so on.

really, if you are into games like CoD... the wii is not a system for you, but the family will enjoy it!

I like the trivia game, and zelda is ok, and I'm looking forward to testing the marching band game from the makers of parappa the rapper. That sounds amazingly awful.

Zelda, Metroid, The Mario games....pretty much what everyone else said.


I've heard the Godfather game is pretty nice! You get to actually strangle someone using the wii controller and nun chuck...

The Dragon Warrior...errrr Quest game is good too. You are using the Remote like a sword. If you're into that, it's cool.

I enjoy the sports games like golf and fishing. I like Madden better on the 360. I think it is more because I am use to the controls than it is better on the 360. Zelda was fun, I picked up a crossbow and the game it comes with was fun for a while. My son really likes Marvel Ultimate Alliance. He is on his 3rd playthrough. I have CoD3 for it, for me it was difficult with the Wii controllers.
My wife uses the online bit a lot. She does the surveys, gets news and checks the weather when we are going to travel somewhere. I of course bought some Wii points and downloaded Galaxia. One of the few games I play for nostalgia on a console .

the new Star Wars game is going to be amazing. I like the rehash of House of the Dead. the quintessential Nintendo games are good as always.
