Someone asked for the page number on this rule. It is page 26 in the hard back, 4th paragraph about half way down. Go by the index it would be under Removing Casualties.

Still doesn't seem right to me. It would make hidden powerfists extremely vulnerable and close combat much more powerful.

I know, but it seems that GW made that rule specifically for shooting armies to have some chance of getting rid of something scary before it hit them.

It is allowed in close combat as stated on pg 41. Thats what I was told haven't double checked, to lazy to go get my rule book out of the car.

it's called "torrent of blows". it's really effective with great assault units, for example khorne berzerkers.
