Good luck, CJ. I have to say, from experience, that even though it's tough, it will definitely be worthwhile, and you'll feel better because of it. I'm on the path to better health, I was almost to 300 about 3 years ago, and I've dropped about 40 pounds since, and am down, currently, to about 240. I've still got a ways to go, but I'm SOOO glad that I decided to try to take better care of myself....
