This is one of the pics from the new WD. They also have the model of Boss Zagstruck. That is a good model.

Pretty cool model, going to have to see how useful it is. Assuming it can only transport scouts, I have a hard time warranting buying a skimmer transport for a squad of mostly heavy weapons.

If the scouts are kitted for CC maybe, but that will likely depend heavily on how much scouts and the skimmer cost, and if they would ever earn their points back against MeQs, or even orks.

If you could kit out your scouts with a powerfist and meltabombs, and debarking counted as from an open topped vehicle, then they might be fun for going after armor...

Although this is a larger version. I like the idea, but I'm just not sure how useful it will be.

Perhaps if you could fire from inside, and use it as a mobile gun platform or something. I wonder how many you can fit too, if it's only 5-ish i really can't see it having the right impact on a battle.

Perhaps they will have some sort of scouting group functionality, similar to markerlights maybe.

Time will tell I suppose, strange thing for them to add though.
