Check to see if you can hear all the sound effects ripped off from Aliens and other sci fi movies of the era.

HOLY CRAP!!!!!! I like those cheesey movies I want the suits that was very cool. Now is the time to make the 40K movie!

If they ever did a movie it would either be about the horus heresy or Gaunt's Ghosts.

Well I don't know how it would translate into screenplays but GW's best fiction for 40k tends to be with in the Inquisition novels. In my opinion the Inquisition and their devices embodies the techno-gothic style that makes 40k and would be the most likely to have an actual plot. I already saw Star Ship Troopers calling them Genestealers and guard doesnt make it that much different (except for you fan boys ). Interesting clip, they actually made a couple live action "Space Hulk" dramas that they would play at the old golden demons. As a side note anyone remember the live action acting from the Epic PC game, can't recall its name right now.

Agree with Preter whole heartedly.
Unfortunately I think a Horus Heresy movie is more likely.
But man! An Eisenhorn movie would be badass!
And Makari, I'm not sure what is more bread and butter than the Horus Heresy... it's marines vs. marines after all!

yes horus heresy would be cooler, but if you want any chance of a second movie they will need something that non fans can relate to as far as having a xenos to be the bad guys. Unless they did the story line and graphics awesomely the movie will most likely tank and it will most likely turn into another D&D movie...
ME personally i want to see some Grey Knight/Inquistor/Hot steamy Sisters of Battle action or gaunts ghosts on the big screen, but if GW was doing it to bring people in for advertising or try to satisfy the fan base I would think that A Yarrick v Ghazkhull battle would be really sweet for a first movie and allow a prequel to show the Horus Heresy after the story has been established.

Sean you need to read the Eisenhorn trilogy. It has gives more of a feel for what life in the 41st would be like than any other 40k book i've read.
It is easily, easily the best 40k book series. It could make an awesome movie trilogy.

Can't watch the clip on this PC but some time ago at Origins I remember an odd clip with a Space Marine and Orcs in some kind of warehouse. It was short, had no dialog, and was on a loop.

Did any of you ever play "Final Liberation". The old turn based computer game based on epic? Well in that game there were a ton of short clips just like that. Very very cool stuff!
