| Wow no one has posted about this... Saw it saturday it was really good awesome even. I'll go see it again. 2 issues though No spoilers here just observations of characters that you can see in trailers.
The droids were WAY over reacting again emotionally...oh well Kaiu and Trinity liked that.
The unforgivible though was the voice of Ziro the Hutt. Reminded me of a mix between MArlon Brando and Sean Hayes and not in a good way. I still have to remind my son that Ziro is a boy and Jabbas Uncle, it was that bad... make up, flower on the head VERY Feminate voice.
And even for the people who grumble about the graphics I realy liked them they were not as distracting as I thought it might be. very nicely done.

| People may say it was bad because of the Ziro thing and of course those who don't like that style of animation (which I am not a fan of). It had its moments but I thought it was good enough to see in the theaters! And I'm gonna go again probably my son loves starwars as much as I do (never expected that) so if he wants to go see it again I'll take him and of course I wanna catch some stuff I missed out on the first time. | |

| Caught it at the theater near the convention center. As Makari said it had its moments. I enjoyed it well enough. The big trick is not to go to it with the expectations of a live action movie. | |

| You guys do remember that the store had FREE PASSES to it a week ago ? Eric even posted an announcement about that .
So yeah I saw it. Eric was there, so was Keithj/kaaden, my friends Celeste and Trina as well.
It was alright. Its more of a $5.00 or less kind of movie. So it was okay with me that I was seeing it basically for free.
The Ziro the Hutt character I thought was the voice actor trying to imitate either Truman Capote or Paul Williams. Also, only adults might make the odd assumptions about his gender.
Anyone remember the main villian from the old STAR BLAZERS? and that was also supposed to be a kids show.

Eric even posted an announcement about that . It was my understanding that the passes were for presceening on Tuesday or Wednesday. We couldn't make it for those days. Yes I would recommend this movie. I was cracking up through out the entire movie. Yes the droids are overly emotional, they what they say and their reaction are funny. Going into the movie I was a bit nervous because of the graphics and because I thought that Ahsoka Tano was supposed to be a young Shaak Ti, but realize that would be impossible now. Either way I was nervous because Ahsoka Tano had kind of a valley girl voice in the previews. After seeing the movie all is good. Definitely want to see it again and definitely going to buy it when it comes out.

| It was good in its own way, but didn't really deserve the title CLONE WARS, considering it barely showed how major of a conflict it was in the Star Wars Legacy. Definantly geared more towards little kids, but still got some moments for the adults. And Sean is right: Ziro was waaaaaaaaay too feminine for most kids to understand that he is Jabba's uncle. | |
