Don't know about the inquisitor and the Gun Servitor by theirselves. The Knights look nasty but I would make them full squads.\

HQ looks good.

Get rid of the Crusader. Never worked for me. There are other options to toss in there. You can get 2 Dreds' with Lascannons in there for that price with close combat arms.

Thanks for the help. Just wondering what additions you mean. Other the swap the LRC out for 2 Dreads/

I have 4 x 8 man squads. just 2 guys away and so far these size groups have paid off. Other then one game so far the LRC has done wonders at getting my guys across the board safely. Most people ignore my inquisitor and the gun servitor. I put them in some nice cover so they can shoot in safety.

On the plus side I have only lost 1 game with this so far and I won the others save for tying one.

All i'd say was find the points to add a mystic for 8 points. then you can plasma cannon every deepstriker you want. Otherwise it's a great list and i wouldn't wan't to tangle with it.

A few things:

- The Vindicare Assassin is the most horrible assassin ever created. Never, ever, ever use it. Ever. I'd suggest a Callidus or Eversor.

- You might want to take a look at Brother Captain Stern. He's significantly better than a Brother Captain and he's cheaper than a Grand Master.

JT, the few times I've used the Vindicare I've had some decent results. Mind you, you run out of the nice shots pretty quickly, but if you plan it right, it's pretty nice Smile I actually took out a Dreadnought with one once!

I completely forgot to add that into my list. I just did and I think it will work out nicely.

I have used the Vindicare to completely blow up a monolith in the first round of combat. All though I count that for luck the vindicare has always doubled his point cost back for me.

That's weird, cause the Vindicare only averages 2.6 something kills a game, more if you use the Hellfire round.

I dunno John. His range is a bit meh. He will shoot 6 times (if he's lucky), hit 5 times, wound 2-3 times, fail his 4+ Cover 1-2 times. You kill 1-2 models a game... even if you kill 2 Power Fist Sgts, not worth it IMO

Lets get a game though!

Vindicare is my Favorite for doing his job! Sniping, never had a bad vinicare experience. not to say it doesn't happen but he gets the stuff done I want him to do!

Seriously I have no clue what you people are using the Vindicare for but he has been reliable. Hit one vehicle with his power shot and you have gained his points back. Aim at a HQ and you gain your points back. Seriously folks the Vindicare has been reliable in every game and has made his points back.

So I have made some updates to my army list tell me what you think. I dropped a squad to add a second regular Land Raider. Kept the squads the same size and basically everything else is the same. Except no psycannons on incinerators.

I do know it lacks a lot of troops. Where it lacks in troop numbers it makes up with a punch.

This guy really is overpriced for what he does. I know the occasional sniping of a power fist sergeant etc can be nice, but more bodies on the field is better... and you said it best yourself, you are a little light on troops.

I admire the courage it takes to run this list though. I'm sure the grey knights day will come! Just make sure you still enjoy the game come 2020 Wink

Actually I really like the being outnumbered part. Every game I play I am grossly out numbered but still come in packing a punch. I made another list with 3 land raiders keep the units except drop the vindicare and the inquisitor.

This list looks about right to me, You can really go wrong with any assassin. I mean there isn't any point of trying to go cheap in a GK list.I say git your Inquisitor a psy cannon and another mystic. Just In case youe servitor bites it he can still do something. Or at least give him a power. so he isn't standing there licking a Icecream cone all battle.
