Apocalypse - SciFi?

I was originally wanting to do an Apocalypse game this weekend, but things have come up that will keep me from being able to do so...

Anyhow, how do those that want to get in an Apocalypse game feel about the last weekend of March (the 28th and 29th)? Eric, would that work for you? If anyone is interested, I think we should set this date in stone. I will put it on my calendar and anything that comes up after today, will reschedule that instead of this game.

Here are my thoughts on this:

I will probably be finished with my Warhound at that point, and I have 2 Baneblades and 1 Macharius Vulcan. If we need to, I can relinquish control of the Baneblades to balance out the game. OR, if someone ends up having the Stompa by that point, we could balance it that way, also. I will play my Inquisition Imperial Guard, with the Titan and the Vulcan (at the least ) along with the rest of my army, so I could field approximately 3000 pts in Guard, I think (maybe more, as the BB's, Mecharius, and Warhound total around 1640). Anyhow, I know a few people have said they may be interested, and I apologize for pushing it off after saying that I wanted to do it this weekend. Just let me know if this date works for people, and if it still sounds like something anyone wants to do.

Ok, Eric, I will at least be there. If worse comes to worst, I could even bring my Orks and I could play an Apocalypse game against myself!! LOL

I'm in. I've got around..... 8k? of space marines to put to the test.

Are we restricting this to Orks and Imperials as was discussed recently?

That's completely up to whomever wants to play. I can bring my Orks in case someone wants to use those.

I guess I better *buy an apocalypse book then, so I know what all is up before this thing starts.

I just played around with the numbers for the guys that I have, and I can actually field a 5000+ pt. Inquisition/IG army at the moment (now that I have the Titan). If we had an approximate number of players (I would say cap it at something like 4 or 6), then we can determine how many points everybody has and then how many we can bring along.

Let me figure out exactly how much I have. I think I overestimated at 8k

I've got a good sized chaos Apoc army complete with a flying castle!

Oooo.... Chaos vs. the Imperium, that would be interesting!

I'm Interested but not sure if doable for me... I still have a lot of visits to make to sponsors but I do want to play there!!!

Do you mean March or February?

Originally, it was to be tomorrow and Sunday, but I've had some things come up and would love to be able to do it on the weekend of March 28th and 29th (4th weekend of March).
