ok, so i(we lupus and i) bought rubber molds to make terrain.. (we used the flour mixture and it.. well... no..)

and on the package in the instructions i found something that made me Cackle... here it is..

I know it looks funny to the uninitiated, but the term 'wet water' means water that has been diluted with liquid soap. With these molds, a 'wet water' solutions acts as a cheap mold release agent so your caasting material is less likely to stick when it cures. Woodland scenics has been using that term for as long as I can remember (I've been building with their products for over a decade).

Yes, Ghaz is correct. Technically "wetness" has to do with the amount of surface tension of a liquid. Normal water will tend to form droplets on most surfaces, showing its less than perfect wetness. Adding detergent helps reduce this beading effect, making the water "wetter". I know, sounds weird.
