Necrons

There anythig update rumor wise with these guys? Just curious.

There was a 4th Q 09 rumor of a new codex. Been totally squashed. Nothing in the works apparently.

so disappointing.....these guys may be the Saviors of me gaming 40k again.

At what point does your army purchasing/selling become a problem CJ?

Either way, Necrons are pretty decent as they are... and I doubt the army will change that drastically when get redone anyway. So you should just re-up on them now!

Yea.. I think they are A OK.

I'd like to see some Plastic Wraiths/Immortals/Flayed Ones...etc. Maybe another.

There was talk of a mini Monolith.

Yeah I could see them doing another smaller vehicle, and definitely plastics.

Really though, they don't need much other than some re-wording/working of the rules.

There was the rumor of them getting FNP instead of WBB which is a pretty strange rule for 40k... and not terribly different form FNP anyway.

Also the rumor of them shifting up to T5 and a 4+ save, in addition to the FNP. Then instead of MEQs, we'd have... Robotic Plague Marine Scouts?

That + the rumor of various Necron Lords/impersonating C'Tan/Shifting the FOC is all I've heard rumorwise.

as far as fluff goes necron lords talk now, and call themselves harbringer of (insert cool name here). Seem the 4+ has been shot town for SaP and feel no pain. With the res Orb letting you take Feel no pain rolls nomatter what. C'tan moving to Apoc only. Lords gain ability to transform, like in dawn of war.
