New video game from Relic "Space Marine"

They have been making games sice homeworld in 98, 11 years and they haven't made one bad game.

Is this the one I saw previews for earlier this year, where gameplay consisted of "Shoot cultists with your bolter to stun them, then run up to them and kill them in a mini-cinematic scene with your chainsword, EVERY SINGLE TIME YOU KILL ONE. For a boss, shoot a chaos marine with your bolter, chainsword, cinemaction, etc"?

This preview has thunder hammers, something which looks like it might be small squad-based combat/tactics (Gears of Warhammer 40k?), and Orks, so I'm hoping it's improved since last I saw it.

You have to remember, that by design, 75 percent of a video game commercial is made up of cinematic non-gaemplay scenes, and the portion that is made of gameplay scenes is filmed from a cinematic perspective that you won't see in game.

Though I do hope it's as good as it looks, it probably won't be.

I would keep hopes high. Relic have handled the 40k universe extremely well with Dawn of War... no reason to think they won't repeat it again here. It's a big franchise for them, and they do a good job with it!

Yeah, plus when you have something trademarked you can claim the url. Not sure how it works just know you can do it.

I'm just happy they are making it for the PS3!!!!
