| Looking to do a set of conversions, trying to plan it out, anyone have Empire Knightly Orders knights? Just the knights, not the horses? And unassembled? Or, if anyone needs horses for knights, would someone be willing to split the costs for two boxes of Knightly Orders, and take the horses while I take the men? | |

| Argh... I hate being indecisive.... Would it look too screwed up to cut the legs and head and what not off of the horses from the empire knights and put in the bones from the skeleton horses as legs/heads/tails etc? I was just thinking that it might look odd to have knights as skeletons in full armor but have the horses be just bone... Would the barded skeleton horses look odd? | |

| That sounds like a case of just do it and see what you got!
I am faced with a similar situation being that blood knights are $90+ a set and I would love to add them to my army!
Pricosaint is going to hook me up with some Britt knights that I am going to try to convert if he still has them!
But if you do it post some pics I'm really reaching for ideas too. | |

| for my black knights I grabbed the box from the tomb kings(their mounted horse skeletons) while they lack armour(well large amounts of it) they are skeletal so they fit what I needed, Thought I will admit they do not look as good as some people could manage they work well for me | |

| Well, here's my idea: I was going to chop bits out of the skeletal horses, and replace the fleshy bits on the normal horses with the bone bits. Basically making the normal horses with armor skeletal horses with armor Ronniem, I was thinking the same thing about the blood knights! But, I was going to use the barded horses from the Empire knights as well, as they looked most similar to the blood knights ones. But, the bret ones would look good if you paint them up right! You could even use the normal bodies as well, just remove the icons from them (or paint over them)! Yeah, 90 bucks for 5 guys is just WAY too much, IMO, when they could have made them a plastic set.... | |

| If you are good with green stuff, (I am not) you could just use that to put armor on the skeletal horses. Just a thought. | |
