 Mystery Model

On page 144 of the 5th Ed Space Marine Codex, the model in the upper right corner has the caption "Ultramarines Sternguard Veteran Sergeant with storm bolter and power sword." Is this an actual model that can be purchased or is it something one of the GW guys made with extra bits? I've never seen this model except in the codex. Don't think I've seen that storm bolter arm or a SM helmet with a crest. scratch

It was a special model that came with the 4th ed. Space Marine army. I think that is the only place you can get it and that army box set is no longer made. You might be able to get it on GW's classic and collectors minis.
