You have a speed list so why ruin it with lootas? If you are worried about not having fire power don't... Thats what the power klaws are for popping tanks and what not. you need a more mobile unit, either go with stormboyz or Snikrot and kommandos. I prefer kommandos with 2 flamers that acyt as power weapons in Close Combat and snikrot.
The reason being is this, people see the bikes so they set up further back. Lootas are not that strong and not the best range either plus its ork shooting so for these to be effective you would take 2 of these units. Snikrot can come on the board from any edge and assault the turn he comes in and since most armies will set up farther back you will choose where you will come in and what to attack. If you play a non deploying army or deploy first then you can still have a good chance at bringing snikrot in at a very important place.
Stormboyz are great but ya need the full amount and they deepstrike with zagstrukso all the issues that come with deepstriking 21 models!!!
If you do Footsloggers go all footsloggers, bikes all bikes, Heavies all heavies...
Orks you have to be somewhat redundant for them to work great.
