Sorry I didn't see this thread earlier.
I am one of the coordinators for events at Cincy Con. Sorry the website is rudimentary compared to Gencon or other events.
We are volunteers on a tight budget and this is our first year. Hopefully next year we can add more functionality.
Here is how we are handling Pre-registration for Cincy Con
Pre-registering from the Cincycon.org website puts you on our list of attendees with printed badges.
You get to use the pre-reg line, and it also gets you two free raffle tickets to start the day with. It entitles you to play in any of the open events we have planned, provided there are still slots open. So far nothing is booked full.
If you want to take part in a tournament, like the 40K or Flames of War, you just indicate that in the form. I then forward this information to Brian for the 40K and Scott or Tom for the FOW and Babylon 5 tournaments respectively. They should then send you confirmations for the tournaments and rules / entry fees / prizes.
