If you give the platoon command squad the medi-pak and then when you deploy the unit and deploy them as one large unit would the entire unit receive the feel no pain rule?

In the rule for the medi-pak it states it gives it to the squad they are part of and at the beginning of the rules section for the IG it states that a platoon can be consolidated including the command squad into one large squad. So my assumption would be that by doing that you would make the whole platoon have feel no pain correct?

I think it sounds like your interpretation is valid... If it says he gives his "squad" feel no pain, and you can combine all of your guys into one "squad", then I would think that would be pretty straightforward that everybody would get it. But, I'm sure someone out there with a better knowledge of it will correct me if I'm missing something...

This does not work unfortunitly.

The blob rule works only with infantry squads NOT the command squad.
Read the example under the combined squads rule.

"a infantry platoon consisting of a platoon command squad (PCS) and 3 infantry squads can choose to deploy as a PCS and a single 30 man unit. or a PCS, a 10 man squad, and a 20 man squad"

Not verbatim but I nailed the key points.

Ok I will have check the wording the book again I might have misread it. If so that sucks cause I sure would love to have a squad of 30 guys with feel no pain lol.
