| Depends on how close to fluff you are sticking. To keep the flow of the army color I would say red, but traditionally Libbys can be all blue, like the Iron Hand below or they go blue on the shoulder opposite their Chapter icon like the Scar, Salamander or Termi. But, Mega Man the Vampire doesn't have any blue on him so think you would be good no matter what way you went.  | |

| Good find chad. I put the libby skull with horns on the right shoulder, so I'll do that arm in blue, perhaps. | |
