Supreme Kommandant Irusk
-Destroyer
6x Winterguard Infantry
-Officer and standard bearer
6x Winterguard Rifle Corps
Thanks in advance
I wouldn't run eIrusk at that point level. It's a really really bad idea. Stick with pIrusk at lower point games.
(really you should go with one of the Prime 3 at this point level - Butcher, Sorscha, or Vlad - but if you want Irusk, please, for the love of all that is good and holy, use the non-epic here)
Forget about the Rifle Corps; use the WG Infantry, max them out, and add Kovnik Joe. You've got long range covered by the Destroyer; a bunch of RAT5 POW10s coming from 14" (20" including full advance, I guess, but with a RAT that low you really want the aiming bonus) away aren't going to hurt anything that blast damage from a Destroyer won't handle as well.
Destroyer softens things up at long range, WGI use their grapeshot to thin massed infantry at close range or CRA against hard targets, Joe keeps 'em alive and accurate through his speeches. When they close, Feat for the +2 to hit, cast Battle Lust on the WGI and have Joe give them Strength of the Forefathers, and you're looking at MAT7 POW11+3d6 (+4d6 if you charged) in melee. That won't break a Cetrati shieldwall or a heavy warjack, but it'll put a serious hurt on them.
Alternately, take your min WGI with the UA and instead of the Rifle Corps, take min Iron Fang Pikemen. With Battle Lust on them they'll hit like bricks. This gives you a first wave of hard-hitting melee and a second wave of grunts with roomsweepers. Keep in mind, both of these units risk breaking fairly quickly due to low unit size, and it may be difficult to time what round to best use your Feat.
Anyway, this should do you:
pIrusk
Destroyer
WGI (full) w/ UA
Kovnik Joe
War Dog
or
pIrusk
Destroyer
WGI (min) w/ UA
IFP (min)
That's even on points for what you've got above.
Unfortunately, pIrusk struggles at lower point levels and shines at the higher ones. He wants waves of infantry, and at low point levels you can't afford to give them to him.
(Yes, it's a slow day at the office here)
