| I haven't heard any changes to the standard 2250 other than Ard Boyz. Although it seems to me the Rule book keeps refering to 3000 point games. As if they want us to play bigger games ? lol What are the standards these days? which tourneys use them? I like 2500 points but I would probably wanna play what the standard is for tournaments! | |

| I think 2500 is the change, because at 2250 you can't play any of the 600 point heroes. | |

I was wondering if that may have been the thought process of not taking an overly huge point character. But this is based on my own speculation. Would be interesting to see what the main Tournanments are running.

2250 just makes the % system sloppy. You'd be running in avenues of zeros...so
1000 1100 1200 1300 1400 1500 1600 etc...

Oh and I would definitely love to be running 2500 as standard, I'm just trying to find what that is. The last i knew of a standard it was 2250. The percentage isn't that big of an issue as most people have calculators and divide the total number playing by 4 and find out all of the percentages allowed except specials then it is by 2... Sure gives you decimals and may confuse people which I really hope it doesn't to any of our people in the nati. I will be at EGC tonight scheduled to play Carl and I was hoping Nick and my Bro there too so should have a good turn out. I would say Mack is you should be able to get in an opponent.

| Cool, but will my bro and my dad get a game as well?
Also if Crobar gets on and checks, my dad would like to meet up with him and catch up and maybe play a game. I'm leaving soon so just come over if your free.
I know he wasn't one of the ones you were expecting but i have pm'ed him earlier and he has not responded.

| Played against Carl with Dark Elves and I had Orcs and Goblins. Had 10 pieces of terrain, sheesh the generator can really get a lot of terrain out there! Had a good game. Silly Asassin challenged Grimgor and did 0 wounds as to be expected. Grimgor did 6 wounds! Needless to say the Black Orcs who got a Flank Charge on the Corsairs because of Waaagh Magic (Which the shaman Miscast himself into oblivion) Utterly destroyed the unhit and caught them on the retreat.
Fanatics were hampered by the river in the center of the board which caused all my units to hang back and wait for him to cross.
Good game and i want a rematch. We played 1500 this time.

| Right Sorry was really tired yesterday now I see what your saying. I can definitely see .5 points causing issue with some people. Hey for me I will be more than happy to run 1000, 1500, 2000, & 2500 point tourneys! | |
