Thousand Sons Army

i need to get a list together for a 1k chaos army, the only person ive talked to about it is matt and he tells me one thing then something different later on. but anyway my question is should i go all 1k which is what i origonaly planned or kinda mix it up a little.

and keep in mind i dont power game i just want a well balanced army, and if 1k can do that by itself i rather stick with the same legion army.

Seems to me like you answered your own questions. If you'd rather stick with just them, then you should do that. You'll be able to build a balanced army with pure 1ksons (Thousand Sons for those that don't know).

and yeah i can get a balanced army with just 1k sons and i guess i worded it fucked up. so i want to know if a all 1k sons army would be as good or close to a mixed legion one.

Just stick with full Thousand Sons. No need to taint the mix.

Start wirh a fresh unit each of 4+ Inv Termies and 2+ Inv Turbo Bikes.

Sprinkle in some AP3 bolters.

Serve with a smile

Inferno bolters are awesome. 1ksons will be fine on their own, plus if you do ever want to enter a tourney you can later add something else in.
