| Thought this would be an interesting topic. Just give us the name and the reason. My favorite has to be Tigerius. For only 165 points (not much more than a regular librarian with the two good powers) you get to double the range on any psychic powers (yup 24" fear of the darkness! ) and you get a master crafted weapon. Plus he gets to pick his powers AFTER deployment. Not bad at all. I think I like him because he fits a role, and isn't ridiculously overpriced in a way that makes him impossible to pay for himself (I'm looking at you Abbadon, you cost more than a landraider!). Even if a character can eat 700 points of enemy models, he probably won't get the chance to eat a quarter of that in a regular game | |

Under a 100 points, toughness 6 - 2 wounds - 3+ invunderable save - Immune to all morale and pinning - power claw - oh and he can operate( more like butcher) on one ork per turn giving them back a wound on a 4,5, or 6.

| well no one uses the phoenix lords anymore b/c they are hardly their fluff.. (i mean a complete god of war w/o an invulnerable save?)
Eldrad Ulthran is disturbingly good.. however any one model worth 210 pts is going to be able to rip some stuff up. ALL psychic powers, can use 3 per turn and the same one twice. . . But he is 210 pts so...
basically your left with the Avatar (total crap w/o a farseer).
and then Prince Yriel of Iyanden. 155 pts.. 5 attacks on the charge.. init. 7, WS 6, but the best part? wounds ANYTHING on 2+, no armor saves. Plus once per game he can produce a S6 ap3 large blast around him. also counts as an Autarch so you get +1 to reserves, and a master strategist so you get some re-deployment options. Not bad eh? At the end of the game, though, you have to make his 4+ invuln to see if his crazy powerful sword kills him haha.

| CASTELLAN DRACO WS BS S T W I A LD SV 5 5 4 4 2 5 3 9 2+ Points: 107.
Weapons: Draco carries a boltgun, master-crafted power sword and frag grenades.
Wargear: Draco is equipped with a suit of artificer armour, crusader seals and bionics. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
he is very good for the points. i mean, ws 5, 2 wounds, i 5, 3 attacks. and all that for only 107 points. ALL RIGHT!!!
i know, the model bows, but given the wargear, it wouldnt be hard to make a cooler model yourself.

| Strange that he isn't even in the codex. He is also pretty piss poor. He wouldn't be terrible if they put a bolt pistol on him.
Awesome mini though. | |

| Yeah, not bad, just very strangely equipped. Did he come out current codex or the Armageddon codex? | |

| he never offically came out. the only rules are on the UK site. i guess that means it's official. IDK. i just like the idea of an effective 100 pt. character. | |

| Yeah, the boltgun is unfortunate. He's unlikely to be hunkering down and getting the extra 6 inches of range with the bolt gun, and the bolt pistol would give him an extra cc attack plus the single shot on the way into combat. How much does that load out cost without being a "special character" | |

| Bruce: Lemartes is badass, we were talking about that up at the store... very nice for leading those maniacs of the death company. John: pretty sure it's cheaper | |
