| [quote="dewen"] General Info linkSo question on the Forgeworld Armies. I can see every unit is 0-1. Also are dedicated transports unique? For example if you have a Eldar Corsair army can you only field one troop with one transport or if you have an HQ can you field 1 HQ and 1 Troop with dedicated transports? Same goes for Forge World space marines are they limited to 1 drop pod, one rhino, and one razorback? Are the unique rules applied to Allied Detachments and the Primary detachment. I ask because I want to field my Eldar Corsairs but they have 1 mandatory core troop choice. | |

| Slight modifications to tourney rules. Removed FW Chapter Tactics restriction and explicit mention "40,000 approved stamp". | |

| Will, is the dedicated transport FW? If yes, you may only have one bc it is unique.
For the SM you ask about rhino, razorback ... Only if they are FW like the Damocles Command Rhino or dreadnought drop pod.
The FW restrictions may be relaxes for the small tourneys at the Hobby Shop after CAGBash. These are restrictive because its a primer for CAGBash

| Dave how are you treating the Necron DICKurion? The formations that go into one are considered a single detachment. Could I take a reclamation legion (required) and 2 units of deathmarks each unit is considered a formation under the DICKurion. Or could I take a reclamation and 2 canoptek harvests? The reason I ask is the no duplicates of formations rule. The DICKurion is a single detachment consisting of a reclamation legion and between 1-10 other formations. A few of the so called formations are simply units of deathmarks, flayed ones a C'tan and such. No I'm not calling you a D*&^ I'm calling the guy who uses a necron Dickurion detachment one ;-). Ahh......wait....ahhh. I'm working on getting a babysitter so I may be able to make this tourney. Maybe? | |

| Greg, the Necons have been given special consideration. The army itself is unique. Therefore, each tournament can only have one Necron player. It was the only way to keep the DICKery in check Seriously, the newer codices detachments (Daemonkin: Blood Host and Necron: DICKurion) follow the same tournament restrictions. DICKurion is unique, so you may only have one of these in your army. The codex detachments are comprised of auxiliaries. If the auxiliary is a formation, you may only have one because formations are unique. If the auxiliary is a model, purchase all you want within your point limit. - Tournament Rules wrote:

| I have been pretty relaxed with these requirements. Some players have sloppy hand written lists and others electronic ones on their phone. We have prize support and player's money on the line. I am going to be more strict with the following from the tournament rules: - Quote :
- A printed army list is required for the judges and each of your opponents (minimum of 4 copies required). Each army list must contain the following details: Player Name, the name of each Detachment (Combined Arms Detachment, Nemesis Strike Force, Wrecker Node, etc.), the units included in each Detachment, the Faction of each Detachment, and which Detachment is considered your Primary Detachment (may be any non-Allied Detachment and must contain your Warlord.)

Yes but now you can decurian the Necron Players allowing them to maximize DICKery. Greg. I hope to see you at this tournament. I have been getting stomped by the new Necrons now constantly so it will be good to see how you play them.

| Hey, Will sorry to say I won't be able to make it. I forgot that it's opening day for little league and the Aunts and Uncles won't be able to babysit. I have not played a Decurion yet! Not once. I've been playing mostly single CaD lists lately. I was contemplating a Decurion list for Cagbash or even this tourney if I could make it.

Wow those Decurion lists are brutal. It basically gives everything the mathematical equivalent of a 2+ save in most situations if not better for Wraiths, your vehicles can never be immobilized by dangerous terrain, and your entire army is relentless.

| Indeed.
It's the mathematical equivalent of a ~2+, but it's much better because you can't ignore it simply by using an AP2 weapon. Wraiths have 3++ saves and reanimation. Even when firing AP2 at the units without invuln saves, the models still get their 4+ reanimation. Even if you fire AP2 with instant death, they still get a 5+ reanimation. And on top of everything else, their HQ can allow models within range to re-roll 1's on their reanimation rolls.
It's extreme for sure.

| Hey Will don't let anyone tell you that the vehicles in a Decurion can't be immobilized. They ignore shaken and stunned but can still get immobilized. Redbeard remember to kill that single spyder (the formation allows for only ONE spyder) that gives the wraiths the Reanimation protocols and make sure that they wraiths aren't more then 12" away if they are they don't get the RP. | |

| I am going to modify Champion, an objective in the 3rd mission to make it more difficult to earn the GP. You have to win the challenge. I will post details as soon as I can. | |
