 My 13th Company List

So this is the list that all the commotion has been about recently. I'll probably keep this fairly consistent for a little bit other than settling in on exactly what wargear I want my HQs to have. Mainly because anything more drastic would require additional purchases.

HQs
Wolf Lord
Terminator Armor
Frost Axe
Plasma Pistol
Runic Charm
Wolf Pelt
Mark of the Wulfen

Rune Priest
Terminator Armor
Power Weapon
Combi-Melta
Wolf Tooth Necklace
Melta Bombs
Wolf Pelt

Wolf Priest
Healing Potions and Balms
Plasma Pistol
Wolf Pelt
Runic Charm (comes with PW and iron halo)

Troops
2 squads of 7 guys, 2 with meltas, pack leader with power fist, wolf pelt, mark of the wulfen, runic charm

1 squad of 5 guys, 2 with plasma guns, pack leader with PW, wolf pelt, melta bombs, runic charm

Elites
9 storm claws, 2 with PF, 2 with plasma pistol, pack leader with MotW, power fist and runic charm

Heavy Support
Long Fangs, 2 Las 2 Missile and pack leader with essentially nothing

Fast Attack
10 Fenrisian Wolves. I would probably prefer to have more like 20 wolves, to have 2 squads of 10, but I don't have the models for that. So anyways, let me know what you think.

Looks good John. The 3rd HQ can be a double edge sword. Just have to make the most of it.

Any army around the 50 model count takes time to come to grips.

I don't believe that a model in terminator armour can have a pistol. Not 100% but someone could check for me.

I agree that another 10 wolves would be good. It would give you a more sure fire way of pinning down a unit so that you forces can get stuck in.

You are correct sir, the Plasma Pistol is not allowed, I'll have to change that. Luckily my Lord didn't do anything against Chad so the illegal plasma pistol did not come into play. I guess my choices are the storm and combi bolters. Hmm, I'm going to play nids. I should look up the flamer rules.

..no bother, all Tyranids are immune to flame/melta/hot water

Its in FAQ v2.114.67 off the GW Sweden site.

Hey Chad's Avatar was immune to all of that stuff. Luckily for me I sacrificed the wolves to him for a turn and then ran away. I'm kind of leaning towards the storm bolter though, I feel like I might get more mileage out of it.

i think i have read a mathhammer that shows a twin linked bolter is better.

Still, personal taste. I think i remember there not being much between the two, mathematically speaking.
