i think he is saying that it could be a good thing to deepstrike your monolith since it cant die on entry and it gets close enough to fire its particle wipe

It was part of the packet for running a Rogue Trader tournament. Was trying to organize one at Cincinnati Scifi, didn't pan out but I did get a bunch of my terrain boxes filled and neatly organized.

Wasn't any easier back then either. Getting the basic information only required some searching. But they always keep some of it secret unless you had the GW Store ID number. So needlessly bureaucratic but that seems to be the trend in these things.

There are always pros/cons to weight up. Still, in a Necron army, avoiding phase out is always the #1 priority.
