Hordes of Chaos are getting a White Dwarf update in June (#341) this year

that's a fast date......

3.5k is huge... Wonder how long they will allow for games.

Its in the rule pack like 3 hours if I rember right(looked at it yesterday)you have to remeber those games go quick as long as people dont argue or play around, unlike 40k it goes quickly even when you hit 2k per person

Really? Not that I've played fantasy since 5th, but back then it took forever to play a large game.

we played(me, cowbobmer,mac, crowbar, and rob) played a 4k per side battle and got most of the way through(4 turns I think) in about 3or 4 hours even with a bit of argueing(wlc shooting into combat and such). My friends and I(on a wendsday) played a 2k 4 way free for all and got through 2 or 3 turns there(2.5 if I remebr right) in about 2 or 2.5 hours.

Behold people knowing the rules and using push trays, and not playing around...
beyond that I got nothing...

But comapred to 40k unit movement it speeds it up a lot, it mainly depends on who is playing on time(my club doesnt have movemnt trays at all) and how much they know the rules and such

yeesh, use some card until you guys can afford trays!

Tell that to my friends that was right before I got my army set up for 1k battles, and I not have my own trys. But it still shows how easy it is to fight at higher points(lizardmen, choas, skaven and wood elves were the armies used)

push trays are only 10 bucks

cardboard is free

The trays may be 10 bucks but they are worth it, and yea cardboard can cost if you dont have any just laying around

True, but I have cardboard laying around and dont need any(long term project to build terrain out of it) was just saying some people.....

you can go anywhere and say..."Do you have any boxes?"

and someone can give you some.....

Who needs movement trays now? I've had a bunch from random people giving them out. Seriously I have like 20 - 30 trays. You people don't complain enough for me to listen.
