So I gave it a go using browns and oranges and such. I give it a 'meh' I suppose.

Anyone with a good rust recipe?

Well, I have used the Reaper tub of Rust paint, and I've been happy with the results..... Basically, you would coat it with the rust paint, a little (not a lot) watered down, and then once dry, drybrush boltgun over it Smile

Anyhow, this is how I did the metal on this guy (sorry, pic isn't all that great):

If you were going to use it on a large area, I would say your drybrush would need to be a little heavier, but definitely worth a try, right?
