Welp, I'm going to the doctor for the first time in 6 years to get checked out tomorrow. I'm having them check for High Blood pressure, Diabities, and the possability of Cellulitus forming in my legs. I need to get off my ass and take care of myself not just for me but for Leslie as well. I want to be a dad...I want to live longer then 40....i need to do something about it. I'm not happy guys. Period. With myself or with anything around me. Ever since I lost my dad.....well....

Anyway...keep fingers crossed for me.

good luck. My twin brother was a big boy. He was up to 300. He is now arounf 190. Really helped turn his perspective around.

Good luck, CJ. I have to say, from experience, that even though it's tough, it will definitely be worthwhile, and you'll feel better because of it. I'm on the path to better health, I was almost to 300 about 3 years ago, and I've dropped about 40 pounds since, and am down, currently, to about 240. I've still got a ways to go, but I'm SOOO glad that I decided to try to take better care of myself....

Again, good luck, and try to stay positive about the changes that you may need to make!

I myself can not say I have ever been a big guy. Just stick to it with conviction and I think you will do well. If you ever need any help with something let me know. I will be willing to help with what ever I can.
