| I prefer the 360, mainly for the titles available and Xbox Live. I suspect Sony to treat their online customers the same as they did with the PS2. Thier customer support was non-exisistant, I would say around 75% of the peeps playing Socom 2&3, were using some form of feedback tempering(stand-by switch, mod)
It really killed the online appeal, you could only play with people you knew. Unless, you enjoy fighting flying terrorists with a rapid fire RPG's |

| Haha, I remember wall glitches being huge on that game.
Sony's online has improved a lot, still doesn't hold a candle to xbox live.

Matt you get what you pay for.
My son just got an Xbox 360 and I am highly impressed. Looks Incredible in 1080p on the flatscreen. If your not playing games in 1080 whats the point. |

| Well, Novaman, the Xbox only outputs games at 720p, so you're not actually getting the full 1080p output with it... But that's ok, though, cause unless you have over a 50 inch TV, most people can't tell the differences between the two.
But, I just had an experience that really makes me glad I have a 360. Within the achievements on Guitar Hero III (which is on all three platforms, but getting specific achievements is only on the 360), there is one called Meet Your Maker, and you get it when you go online and beat one of the developers of the game in one of the competitive modes. Now, I had gotten that on Saturday this past week (I'm still a little flabberghasted by it... was not expecting it at all), but if I were to have had the PS3 version, there would have been no way to have known about it! It's silly, I know, but I thought it was really kinda cool to be able to know that I had played against one of the guys who made the game!! |

| bjoesphob1 that's not true. Xbox does support 1080p, perhaps it is your TV?
Also, PS3 has a trophy system, very similar to the achievement system. It is not fully integrated yet though. Not sure if it is in GH3

Yup I know, been a member since day 1 on the original xbox. Easily the best online network for gaming (better than most on the PC side too). _________________ Dark Angels 1750 win/loss Record Win - 22 (The Dark Angels wiped some silly pod marines) Loss - 13 (Brice's Necrons wiped me) Draw - 2 (The 13th hold out in alpha take and hold)

| | Huh, what was I reading? I knew that if you used the HDDVD player add on, that it had to have a separate HDMI cable, but now that I think about it that was my version of the 360 (but I bought mine over a year ago). Maybe the newer versions support it now and mine didn't? I do remember something that was saying that it was only 720p, but I do know my memory is like a seive... |

| Nope, it does depend on whether the game supports it.
Whether or not it does is located on the back of the case. _________________ Dark Angels 1750 win/loss Record Win - 22 (The Dark Angels wiped some silly pod marines) Loss - 13 (Brice's Necrons wiped me) Draw - 2 (The 13th hold out in alpha take and hold)
