| Release Date: Saturday, July 5th Powerfists confirmed as not getting an additional attack unless equipped with a second PF. Secondary weapons on vehicles confirmed as Strength:4. Units which are charged get a "response move" of some type (so many of the "precision charging" shenanigans of 4th are out the window). - Quote :

| Yup, This is my only real gripe that I have with 5th right now. It's a nerf for no reason, they dealt with the speeder when they nerfed skimmers somewhat... no need to make it completely pointless to take one. Please GW... I have 9 of the soon to be "flying target dummies" | |

| Totally agree. This is the only rumored rule that I think is terrible, and it doesn't even affect me.
As this goes the only vehicles worth taking will be the LRC and maybe a basilisk or vindicator since those are really 1 gun tanks anyways.
Maybe they will prove me wrong, but geez vehicles don't need to be pillboxes

| I think I will be getting whirhwind launchers for my preds, or just going all Las to make up for combat squads.
Matt, 9 speeders? I think that will be the biggest lose for anyone in our group.

| I'm really interested to see how my army plays for the first month of 5th Ed before C:SM comes out and then until C:SW late this year or early next year.
They might be awesome. Or they might be made illegal, who knows.

| that sounds, overall, like positive stuff.
say hello to the grot shield!
The cover thing is interesting. I am sure they are still working on it.. i wont say its good or bad because i dont know what they will come up with at the end.. but.. for now.. its INTERESTING.
hit n run is smart. I agree you should have to win initiative to get outta there.
Im really thinking 5th edition will include, for me, many pathfinders supported by jetbikes flying in front of spears, warlock council on bikes, vibrocannons (hell yeah), and some warp spiders. Harlies maybe.
Will apocalypse be in 4th edition still?

Thank God! The no argument cover save is pretty sweet, although i have rarely had it be an issue as I have always asked before the game.
