| So I'm sure we're all goofing with lists as we digest 5th edition. I thought I'd post one that I'm quite tempted to pull off. The new starter set models would help of course. | Looks pretty good, lots of cover for those walkers too. Can't really fault it, the second KFF might be a bit redundant... you'll have to feel it out and throw the mek gun (brain farting right now) if you feel like the second kff isn't needed (what with cover saves from intervening units).
All i can say is 80+ (and more commonly 150 or so) orks is going to be pretty impossible to beat in 5th editon. | |

| I agree, assault oriented horde armies are going to be extremely difficult in 5th. Templets! give me more templets. I think anybody who plays these armies with any regularity should invest in at least one pie plate weapon system if it's avaliable in their codex. Who knows flamers might actually make a good showing this edition. No advice on your list, my experiences with orcs are kind of limited. | |

| Most likely boring to play and play against. All those Walkers would line across to provide cover for the Boyz and off they go. | |

| Drop the dreads! they can't hit the broad side of a barn from the inside... You can get rokkits on orks and buy gretchin for about the same price, or take more killa kans with rokkits at least they hit better. Or drop the dreads and increase your boyz to 30 boyz units add another rokkit to each and drop the pole. Or trade out and get Looted wagons with Boomguns for 15 points more and get the MUCH better chance to hit...
just my 2 cents I know peeps won't agree but you'll see when you start missing with all those 1 shot weapons. | |

... actually, i think im going to stick it out with the angels (at least until the new sm codex comes out, then my guys will probably use that). | |
