What about the Shimmershield for the Avengers?
Gives the whole squad a 5+ INV

Will the army be a static force? The wraithguard seem set up to be a counter charge unit due to the lack of other units that will keep up with them.

The rest of the army looks as if it will need to hug cover pretty well, or be ripped apart from bolter fire... Which as we all know is very commone

If you take the shimmershield I think you have to take a power-weapon instead of the exarch shurikan catapult, and I just think Chad wants to pump out somewhere between 20 and 30 shots in one turn (sorry, don't know stats or anything else really).

Chad, what you don't want to have 4 strategy dice or something?

Marc- the shimmer shield is only in hth, so they are f'd if that happens, like the assault 4 for the points.

Matt - yes mostly static, DA in cover, Guardians wherever have conceal, blast away with everything, counter with WraithG's and WS. Adding in the DR's just to see how they do, and if worth the points. Like Harlies look GREAT on paper, need some battlefield tweaks to make em work.

Nathan - No, GW stradegy rating rules suck ass and Autarch is really a horrible unit (unless you want to slay gretchin or IG units) would rather have Farseer with guide and doom.

Want to get a game in, and Matt/Marc need help with a painting problem....will post a pic later maybe can get some help
