I need to get rid of one of my fantasy armies (cashflow purposes, sadly) and I can't decide which to sell off: wood elves or high elves. I probably have more points worth of high elves, I'm 2-2 with them, and I like them. The wood elves, as some of you have seen, have more figs painted and I'm 5-1 with them.

And yes, Makari, I know I should get rid of the nancies all together and go O&G.

I generally think that you enjoy the army you are more willing to paint. So I would sell off the high elves and keep the wood elves.

Plus high elves were the flavor of the month more recently so you will probably get a better price. You can always check ebay to see what you would lose less of your investment on.

And as always, good pictures make ebay auctions go up about 25%, so take decent sized pictures that are in focus.

I would say keep them both and go into dept so you can ask the government for a bail out. Barring that, keep the one you enjoy the most or hire yourself out to paint for others like me who don't like to paint. I am usually looking to get a unit or 2 done if I have the money and it is cheap enough.

No shit on the bail out. I'm just staring in the face of having to pay back my student loans, pay for a wedding, and try to find a house; basically I'm scared shitless.

Surprisingly, a teacher's salary doesn't adequately cover all of that....
