i'm putting up what my army consits of and i was hoping people could help me think of new tactics and maybe make suggestions for better organazation.

The lord has a power weapin and a combi-melta. His retinue is eq. with a reaper autocannon, a Kai gun, combi-bolter, bolter, power weapon, and 3 power fists
The sorc has a bolt pistol and power weapon.
The Dreadnought is eq with a multi-melta, storm bolter, and dreadnought cq weapon
The terminators are all eq with storm bolter, the champion has a power wepon and the rest have power fists.
The havoc squad is eq with a 3 bolters, 2 heavy bolters, missle launcher, plasma rifle, the champion is eq with power weapon and plasma pistol.
The tzeench squad is obviously all eq with bolters except for the sorc wich has a power wepon and a bolt pistol.
CQ squad is eq with plasma rifle, bolter, flamer, 3 cq weapons, 3 bolt pistols,shampion has a power weapon and plasma pistol.
