Need the 4+ save as the others. Keep cheap with just Devourer x2
That said, to model a Warrior with 2 Devourers is a pain in the bottom Sad

Took most of your advice, for some reason I stuck the acid maw on the Hive tyrant though, also traded a twin link dev for lash whips, dropped 3 guants to get scream. Keeping the zoanthrops by the shooty warriors for synapse. Dropped a unit of stealers to give the rest 4+ save.

The list did ok, with the lictor getting very lucky, taking down a chappy.

I continue to be underwelmed by both the tw devourers and the venom cannon. I'm shying away from 4+ saves. Cover saves are easy to come by, and I fail them anyways. My Nids love dawn of war deployment.

..cheap enough for an Elite slot. I know JT's Tau hate them Laughing

As far as the Venom Cannon I feel you really cannot pass up the S10 when given to a Carnifex. Yeah he is just BS3 but you'll hit with one of the shots on average. A ton of open-topped vehicles zooming around these days.

The 12 shots the double linked Devourer gives you from a Tyrant should be doing fantastic statistically. Maybe bump him to Str6 Question

I would take another carnifex.

If you go up against someone who has land raiders or monoliths or something you'll get massacred.
