Imperial guard chimera question

hi, i'm new
got this link from some guys at the Bookery Tournament on Jan. 25
anyway

so, in the Imperial Guard codex, when you purchase a Chimera as a transport for a squad, does the 70 points for having them mounted on a chimera the same as the cost of the chimera, or are they both added together

for example: when you have an armored fist squad, they are mounted onto a chimera for 70 points
but when you purchase the chimera, it is 70+weapons
so is the total cost
Armored Fist squad+Chimera
or
Armored Fist squad+transport cost+Chimera

It's 70 points total.

If someone told you mounting your squad in a chimera costs 140 points, you go tell that chucklehead that Mike Leon will eat his children.

it was just the wording of the codex that got me screwy looey

i didn't know if the chimera cost and the transport cost were the same thing, that's all
