Drop the EC off the warriors and the genestealers. You get plenty of cover saves. Take off the wings of the flyrant, shooty tyrants are better on foot with some guards, that way you can get coversaves from the warriors, who inturn get coversaves from the gaunts. Drop the warpfield too. If not then get another Tyrand or a brood lord. That lone tyrant will be the first thing targeted. I like where you are going with the list.

now take the 500 extra points and go wild, fill out that zontrope brood, get a second Hq and move the warriors to elite, get 3! lictors, and blow the reast on tyrand guard, and blow the rest on gaunts.
If thats all the models you have, i'd say give the warriors flying and hide them behind the flyrant.
