In case you guys aren't aware of it.... CincyCon will be a new event combining the old Warparty and Warband events.

There's talk of getting a WH40K event there.

I'd like to see Uncharted Seas or Warmachine there also, so I'm going to be contacting the organizers.

John G: you ran Uncharted Seas at GenCon, any chance you could do the same here?

As much as I'd love to run something, I try and limit the number of all day events I have during any period to keep the homelife happy.

I'll probably stop up though.

Hello All,
I am one of the organizers for Cincycon and we are really excited to have a couple of tournaments scheduled for the show.

Kain, can you send your requirements for the tournament to

I haven't played 40K in over 10 years, but I believe a 6 foot by 8 foot table should be still the standard size. Please keep us informed on how many players have signed up, and ask them to pre-register at Cincycon.org. Pre-registration gets you an extra raffle ticket, and the express lane for checkin. We are expecting some very cool raffle prizes from Scale Creep, Iron Wind, Yottaquest and ACME.

One of the ideas we thought about was a rivalry tournament for Cincinnati. Maybe like a East Side (ACME) vs West Side (Yottaquest). Or some other combination that we can start as a tradition.

Thanks again for posting our show and look forward to some hard fought battles on May 8th.
