| I bought a house. It's in Corryville two doors from Highlands coffee shop.
I still need to get an inspection and some things are pending on that, but it looks like it's going to go through.
I can't believe I pulled this off. It started with me walking into a bank back in December, having no idea how to go about acquiring real estate, and so I said "Uh, I'd like one house, please?" They were very confused. | |

| One of the best investments you can make....just dont let the loan officer convince you that you can afford more than you really can. Although they are not as quick to do that nowadays as say 2007-2008. | |
