Khador

Ok, this picture is going to suck (well, not horribly, but not great, it's from my droid in low light), but this is the Khador battlegroup I picked up about 2 weeks before the tourney. I FINALLY had time to paint it LOL!

I just have to find my tub of snow flocking so that I can put snow on the ground

Critiques and thoughts requested!

Only Critique I see is they aren't GW... lol!

Kind of hard to tell what material the 2 big guys are but I like the rustic worn look you put on your models! Very Good!

LOL, makari, I should have known that would be your critique!

But, yeah, I tried to make it look like it originally had a greyish colored armor, and then was rusted/chipped. I always try to go for the battleworn look, gives it a feel of it's been in the fight for a long time and been around for a while. I tried to make Skortcha's armor a little cleaner, as since she's a she, I'm sure she'd want to keep the armor as pristine as possible LOL.

And, eventually, I'll be building up to a 30 pt army, I think (this is only 11), to go along with the Circle of Orboros army for Hordes that I have in process. I'm at about 25 pts for the Circle.

Oh, and I used a combination of Reaper, GW, Privateer Press, and Vallejo paints and washes.

Let me know when they want some Elf Lovin....and I'll meet up with you and kick your ass. LOL

Once my schedule dies down some, I'll be wanting to get some games in, probably in a week or two, so I'll post in the Make a Date for it

the effect on Sorcha's Frostfang looks really good.
now it may just be the pic, but the chips on the Juggernaut look a little off right under the hatch. Otherwise, this is a nice looking battlegroup.
