Warmachine SAT 12th

Looking to get a learning game in. Prefer to stay close to home since I have to pick the wife up so either Yotta or Sci Fi will do for this. I can be there at 10am and will be good til 3. I have up to 35 points ready to play.

Danny and I played Sunday and I really enjoyed the rules. If anything I will be trying to organize regular games over on the East Side. I'm going to start working on some terrain specifically for fantasy / warmachine use.
I bought a Khador box set and a couple other model Thursday and almost have them done. I have the starter box for Skorne and am holding off on them until the new Hordes book comes out.

Yeah Clint is trying to get me over there for tis but Saturday is my only day to game. If you do this Sat mornings, I'll make the trip out for sure.

Well I no longer have to work on the weekend so it will be a lot easier to organize larger events. I am thinking of doing a league for Warmachine and then later one for Hordes when the new rules come out. I am also willing to run Warmachine / Hordes tournaments for CAG. I've already been digging into the Privateer Press site and forums about their events. I am also toying with the idea of becoming a Press Ganger down the road, I just need to paint another basic box set and get a store to back me.

I need to learn the game first before whooping some ass...lol

I haven't played MKII at all, will be playing with a Hordes army that I'm getting rid of, and have none of it painted.

Tuesday night is the 'official' Warmachine and Hordes night over at Art of War (but you can play any day). I went up last night and there were six of us that played. They have one fantasy/steampunk table so far, with plans for more in the near future.

Hey Guy, I can't play on weekdays.....only sat...thus my thread. Trust me if i didn't have a job that had me work late hours or wheels for that matter i would love to join one of these. HOWEVER, I also live on the west side of town too....

heck if I try and get Leslie to move farther then 10 minutes from her folks it would be a miricle. Plus we both like this side of town. Trust me, it's a wheels issue right now. Working dowtown i can hit either side of town for a game in no time.

Art of War has open tables every day of the week. a lot of the regulars frequent weekdays and weekend. 3 of the owners play the game (more own armies ). Let them know when you want to play a game and they can let some of the regulars know as well.

I can get out there for a few games this Saturday.

I can be there around 11, does that sound ok?

Sorry to have to do this, but I actually won't be able to make it out this Saturday. I had to schedule an appointment and this was the only day that will work. I will try to get out to Yottaquest next Saturday at the same time...I'll make sure I post it. Sorry again about the issue.

Wish I could make it, I think I just got the rest of my points for 35 Circle, but I have company in town and will be helping a friend move.... Maybe in 2 weeks (next weekend is out too, for me, I'll be out of town)
